The reason why the straps are the way they are is so that if you are standing or sitting on like a bus and wanting to get your stuff out, the bag is supported. Not everyone is going to be at a table. I love this feature.

you can put the travel cover on the deck and it fits fine in the deck's compartment, it's even advertised

Funny someone else commented right before me The internal straps are def for if youre standing. bag is a cross body and meant to be able to pull around in front of you (while still wearing it, like a sling) to open and dig through. Or (what i like to do with similar bags) wear it on the front most of the time with a loose fit and put on a jacket or open front shirt. Help prevent anyone digging through it while youre not looking

Thanks for a nice video! I am probably going to buy this one. The decision maker is probably your common sense when you showed that the other case does not fit in it - and that is not needed. For me I was thinking about my mod case front panel, but I won't need that!

As others stated, you can have the top over on the mod case at it still fits great.

so question? if you cut the straps and have the bag on...and you want to take out your switch or steam deck or anything in there, why would you want to hold the bag open when the straps would have done that for you?

I think that's the only thing that turned me off from getting this bag are the straps on the inside, it just makes the bag look small and tight with the straps on which without them would make the bag amazing

@glennthoughts hi! Nice video! I need to ask you a question: as you shown, Steam Deck fits into JSAUX SHOULDER BAG along with the BACK PART of the JSAUX MODCASE. But JSAUX MODCASE does have an hard frontal shield too, the one you showed it on the video at 08:46 putting it, separately, in the front compartment of the SHOULDER BAG. However, does the Steam Deck with JSAUX MOD CASE, along with the FRONTAL SHIELD of MOD CASE applied, fit into the SHOULDER BAG in the back compartment? I know the compartment already has a protection, shaped in order to not making the analog sticks to move, but I really need to know this. Thanks in advance!
