Json parsing in Kotlin android using volley | json parsing - parse json data from web url android
We will parse JSON with Volley library in this tutorial.
Volley library makes it easy to fetch the data from remote server in JSON format and to parse JSON data in the android studio.
Kotlin JSON Parsing example will be able to load data from the MySQL database.
Volley will return JSON data into the String format.
First of all, use the following video to show output
Volley in Gradle
After making a new project in the android studio, add the following line into the build.gradle(Module:app) file.

@@programmingguruThecoderboy I very much appreciate the assistance. I had looked high and low, and have already tried this solution. I now have no error - but I still do not get the JSON back on click. I get "Using Network Security Config from resource network_security_config debugBuild: true" which seems to suggest that issue is gone, but the json is not appearing in the console.

@@Speedcode5x I quite literally line by line typed exactly what was shown in the video and it didn't output to the log as shown in the video. I suspect a configuration issue somewhere, but it's definitely frustrating. The video itself is excellent - perhaps the best on youtube for JSON so I appreciate it - i just wish I knew why my android studio was behaving differently from the presentation.
