Jamie Oliver uses this technique that a lot of famous cooks like to use: gas lighting. Most people don't know what good Asian foods look like so they can just say whatever.

What I'm confused is, why does he keep on making Asian dishes yet he doesn't make it as authentic as possible? Also, he kept fcking up the chillis and use a small amount of the spices then why does he keep doing an Asian dish which require ALOT of chillis in the first place? He's cooking so bad, even his countrymen wanted him out of their country lol 🤣

For Thai Green curry, Jamie has got all the ingredients wrong, & steps all wrong. I don't know any Authentic Thai curry dish that uses Enoki mushrooms, let alone 200gms of Mungetoo, the saddest vegetable. You're not supposed to just fry up the chicken like that, Joe is right, this is more of a western style. For authentic Thai green curry, the green colour of the paste comes from the chillies, clearly Jamie is over compensating for the lack of chillies with the coriander. Also, Thai chefs usually pour in coconut milk then add the curry paste to seperate the fatty oil they heat it up to seperate the fatty goodness, which in western cooking is an undesirable result, but in Asian cooking this is how we in Asia cook. Once the fatty oil has seperated from the Coconut & releases it into the curry paste & you see the oil, this is when we add our chicken/meat etc & cook the meat. It is sad, infuriating, an insult for someone like Jamie to s*** all over our national Asian dishes. Love your channel & both of your reactions.

@@koreancowboy42 I can't imagine how Mr Olive Oil, has been cooking for so long, he even still has cooking programmes on TV in UK, is still featured in newspapers with his recipes. How is this guy even still around is beyond me. Probably the most worst nightmare for anybody from Jamaica, Asia & Spain. He has insulted a crap ton of people from different cultures I might add. He misappropriated Jamaican Jerk Rice, & tried to make money off of it, & he got plenty of flack for that, & Mr Olive Oil deserved it. He brings shame to the rest of world top class chefs, it's no wonder Gordon Ramsey hates this guy, for being a wannabe chef.

That j. chief , did another green curry, by claming got the recepit from a thai chief. And some how mess up again,pounding the paste half way,and cooonut oil add three to four pkt. turning green curry into as white as their face, keep on teaching people to cook curry. So check thats up pls.
