Hit the nail on the head about who wants it more being an X factor for game7. This series has been an absolute barn burner aside from game 6 which the oilers absolutely wanted more and deservedly were rewarded for it. This is going to be a huge test for the Canucks and for a lot of them the biggest game in their NHL careers. Hoping for some more magic and a strong showing of ‘resiliency’ from the Canucks. It’s been an absolutely stressful series as a fan of either side and to those neutral fans I’m sure it’s been an amazing series to watch 😂😭. Go Canucks

Coach Toc took a team from last year and we all remember last year and made them a contender. I really empathize with Toc with the last game. If I was the coach, I would simply say to the team. I did my best, we had a good season but I feel we can be greater. It's up to you now, show EDM we are the Canucks. Been a great series but whoever wins, last two Canadian teams standing, may the winner bring the Cup back home...

The first game 7 I watched of Vancouver was in 91, I was 12 and a massive jets fan but after thae jets moved I accepted my new home team. Game 7 tonight now with Boeser out a 23 year old goalie who has been a great story but no Demko, I shouldn't feel confident and calm but J-T- Miller and this group thrive on being resilient, we had fewer losing streaks than any other team and no team in these playoffs were a better bounce back team. Game six was a game I knew we would see in this series in which a more experienced team with an ultra talented two headed beast dominated and exposed our goalie and overall were flat out more engaged. Tonight with last change I fully expect a game five repeat except we will light Skinner up. 8-3 Vancouver.

Oilers winning a game relies on PP and McDrai. Canucks can win ANY game if they earn it. Plain and simple. They have to roll 4 lines of team defence, and fight for puck battles in the O-zone. The Oilers won't determine who wins game 7. The Canucks will.

The Canucks got flat-out humiliated last night. 5 shots on goal per period isn't going to cut it. I could count on one hand the number of legitimate scoring chances they had yesterday. They better show up tomorrow. That was disgraceful.

Boys need to be more creative on the PP, the Oilers have their number in that regard. Shots on goal and crash the net, greasy goals are every bit as good as the pretty ones. Go Canucks go!

Miller has 12 points in 11 games, kept McDavid off the scoresheet for 2 of them, and had been 59% in the faceoff dot before last game. He's now 56%. There's only 4 Oilers with more points, and he's tied with Hyman.

I agree... Canucks have been hanging on by their teeth at times. But that's playoff hockey. A weaker team can beat a more talented team by hanging on, shutting down their top players, then capitalising on their mistakes. We've seen it practically every year. It's why Nashville plays the trap so much. It's 7 games, and you have to win 4... if the better team gets tired, or starts making mistakes, then they can be beaten. Canucks were in 8th heading into the '94 playoffs, and weren't expected to get out of round 1. I mean, they lost the season series 2-4-1 to Calgary, and Calgary had 12 points on them, and still lost in 7 games to the Canucks... after being up 3-1 in the series.
