Well produced documentary that takes you into the world of what it takes to be a BJJ champion. The segment on diet and vitamins is good information.

It's possible he's attempting to grip the back of the gi pants to help prevent the choke. Cause normally that choke doesn't get tight until you're in the North South position.

Love JT, I have been following his BJJ career since he was a purple belt. Glad he and Keenan left that crook Lloyd Irvin in Maryland.
@f3nomeleven43410 жыл бұрын
Ive been following him to since purple belt… when his bread and butter move was the bow and arrow choke. I have mixed feelings about the whole L.I. situation… not really clear about what happened and what didn't happen. Needless to say, JT and others really progressed under team L.I. I wish JT the best.

Cut out soda. Check. Cut out bread. Check. Cut out salt. Why?
@jiujitsuboy10 жыл бұрын
Cutting salt out helps with getting rid of water weight
@joopsnoop10 жыл бұрын
ok. Not that that is good. But I hear you.
@RightWingCon8110 жыл бұрын
A lot of people think salt makes you fat, but it doesn't. Though to make weight cutting salt is a must because you'll hold water which ads weight but not fat.
@Gainz389 жыл бұрын
joopsnoop too much salt makes you hold on to water weight and bloat up. To meet a weight class like everyone else has said you want to do the easier option first and cutting salt is a lot easier than running a few miles.
@joopsnoop9 жыл бұрын
Okay, makes sense. SO not really cut it out, but cut down? We die without it, but we don't die without soda and bread. :)
@rathbinladen44489 жыл бұрын
this is not an insult, but why are some of there ears like that, i do jiu jitsu and where i live thats not very common.
@yangtroy19 жыл бұрын
Cauliflower ear, when you roll as much as they do and as hard I'd say it's almost impossible to avoid it unless your wearing headgear. Pretty much from people smashing your ear, or landing on it
@rathbinladen44489 жыл бұрын
i see, thank you for explaining.
@DavosJamos9 жыл бұрын
justin rath Some high level Jiu Jitsu people may also be into MMA. When you're taking strikes to the head then Cauliflower Ear is much more common.
@rathbinladen44489 жыл бұрын
yes, i fully understand. Thank you all for the explanation!
@xxTricky8 жыл бұрын
+justin rath then your people either wear headgear or dont train hard, it comes from all the friction against your ear whether its from the mat or using your head for head control
