IIRC, the PD's and writers voluntarily waterbombed themselves as punishment of how they handled the issue. - Few episodes after this, the new members joined. YSC and JSM joined. Few criticisms of them joining but most of the avid viewers welcomed them and ratings improved, even YJS and KJK acknowledged YSC and JSM for joining the show and helping them pull the show from the mud.
