Today's video is all about ju ji hoon (주지훈).
He is one of the most popular korean actors at the moment. You might've heard of him and even googled things like "ju ji hoon kingdom", "ju ji hoon movies", "ju ji hoon drama list", "ju ji hoon movie list", or "ju ji hoon interview" to learn more about him. He first started out as a model years ago but later transitioned to an actor. And now, he is one famous korean actor thanks to his amazing acting skills and the incredible success of the tv shows and movies he has starred in. Lately, he has gained a huge amount of popularity through a Netflix series called kingdom.
His performance garnered lots of attention and recognition. Perhaps many of you have already googled words like "ju ji hoon bad doona", "kingdom lee chang", "ju ji hoon lee chang", "kingdom actors", or "kingdom actors korean" to get more details, or maybe things like "ju ji hoon eng" or "ju ji hoon english" to get more information in English.

@@roseapil902 I think The Trio Ha Jungwoo, Ju Jihoon and Kim Hyanggi is the main role for all season, also there are different additional main role for each season. cha taehyun for s1, kim dongwook for s2, and probably do kyungsoo for s3 (if there is any)

Just finished Kingdom and I was surprised this was the same guy who acted in Princess Hours, the only other show I've watched of his. He truly went from a pretty face to a great actor. I'm now interested to watch his other work.

I think since he came from modeling and started on essentially a chick-flick, he's had to work really really hard to be taken seriously, I admit I was driven by his looks after watching Princess Hours but towards the end of the series you could see the improvement in his acting. His acting in Kingdom was a bit unexpected since I haven't watched any of his projects in between his debut and now, and I found myself watching him as Prince Chang and not as JiHoon and I just got immersed in what the character was thinking throughout the series, in my opinion, he really did a great job portraying the shunned prince who's had to learn on the go and is driven by his principles of what's good and bad relentlessly. I hope he gets to hear often how far his hard work has taken him, I felt sad when I knew he had a hard time during a movie. He also got in trouble for drugs in the past and now I can see why that was the case, I hope he's doing much better

I like him in Goong because he is so cute in that drama but his potrayal in The devil that sealed the deal for me. He was so good in that drama and on par with Shin Minah dan Uhm Taewoong. I still watch that drama once a while. Glad that he rises to new fame with his acting ability~

Since my comment here I have learned of the difference of low to high context cultures...America is low context and therefore not subtle but blatant.
