She resembles actress Kim Sae Ron. Mainly because so far the videos I watched of her she has sunglasses so I can't see her eyes. She's really pretty, love her smile. Her drumming is amazing. She knows how to put on a performance!

In this video Xiao Bai seems be channeling her best friend/mentor Chen ManQing (Vela Blue) in both expressions and drumming style. Interesting! Both these ladies are awesome!

She should be in a band and go in a tour. Or just come to America. She's gonna see that money roll in easily.

*REALITY-CHECK:* Ms White has already been to America, I know she has MANY videos shot live in ChinaTown @ SanFrancisco. I _believe_ she has also performed in Hawaii & New York, but I'm not certain. Sadly, as talented as she is, I don't see a pathway for her to achieve the success you or I might wish for her. I can't really see her accepting a role as a traditional drummer in a band. The closest western approximation would be somebody like Keith Moon, but I just don't see her going that route. The other far more unlikely route would be as a standalone, solo drummer, again by _western-standards_, would be somebody like Buddy Rich, or Gene Krupa Look at these two lists of the Greatest Drummers of all time => RollingStone {Top 100, starting @ #20} www.rollingstone.com/music/lists/100-greatest-drummers-of-all-time-20160331?page=9&count=10 The Tens-List => www.thetoptens.com/drummers/ Try to imagine where she fits in there *HOWEVER,* This IS a brave new world, what previous drummers like Buddy Rich, & etc didn't have was *KZfaq* Today, the ability to become an international KZfaq-Sensation, is a platform that simply didn't exist in previous times. *But sadly,* it is very easy to overestimate the real pull of such stars. Let us stipulate that Ms. White has 3 million rabid international fans, and another 3 million fans, that merely like her**. I am wildly guessing that there are somewhere around 2 billion potential international fans that *COULD POSSIBLY* support someone like her. In that context her potential is very low. Like I said, Ms White has performed 'Street Shows' in San Francisco, while she was there, what was the possibility of her putting on a traditional show and selling $30 Tickets? IMHO, as much as I love her, I see no possibility of Vela Blue ever becoming anything more than a local Taiwanese Star, or KZfaq Revenue-Supported star. IMHO, again, I think her taste in music is too limited, although her TALENT is enormous. Her KZfaq Revenue stream is limited by the fact that she has _zillions_ of her videos on other people's channels competing against her own "official" channel, *AND* the fact that she releases SO MANY videos, that any excitement/anticipation surrounding the release of _her-latest_ video is very limited ON HER OWN, Official Channel: Her *FEATURED* video: [Official Release: "On Your Side"] has been up about a year and a half, and vidIQ estimates that it has generated around $150 of Revenue. She currently has 114 videos on her own channel. A possible revenue stream for her would be Pay-Per-View Live Streamed Concerts, but I don't know how this might actually be done. My Guess for Ms. White would be to team up with Vela, and a live band, and develop some kind of act with a broader appeal than simply: UUU, and "On Your Side" Biggest Limitation: They mostly only speak Mandarin-Chinese. If you can speak _passable_ English, then you can communicate with people everywhere in the world. Most people in almost every country on Earth, can _understand_ basic English pretty well, even though their ability to actually *speak* English is far more limited THIS IS THE REASON T-ARA will not tour outside of Asia, a huge part of their show is the fanchats, and when the audience can't understand what they are saying that is a HUGE minus. SADLY, they WERE at one point moving in that direction, in their 2013 Hong Kong Concert, they were primarily speaking to the audience in limited English, and the audience responded very strongly. *BUT,* instead of going for an International Strategy, their management decided to limit them by avoiding the international Language of English, and focusing first on becoming strong in Japanese, and then Mandarin-Chinese. And then making alternate versions of their 'hits' 100% Japanese or Chinese. IN KOREA, it is easy to learn to speak _passable_ English, because of the huge American Military presence there, and the hundreds/thousands of English-Language schools IN TAIWAN, unfortunately there is far less of an infrastructure to learn to speak English, and therefore they almost none of their entertainers can get beyond limited local recognition: If you _google_ "famous Taiwanese entertainers", you will probably not find a single one of them that most people have EVER heard of, and it's not because of a lack of talent. The ONLY Taiwanese entertainer I know of besides S-White & Vela-Blue is phenomenal child-star Emma-Wu/GuiGui, who I only learned of through an *INCREDIBLE* series on the Korean RealityTV show: Global, We Got Married. *AND* the only reason she got that opportunity is because she spoke English, moderately well, and it was the only WGM couple that ever spoke English during their virtual-marriage. GuiGui is immensely talented, and should be a super-star, but unfortunately, she is trapped within the SICK Kpop system, where entertainers can almost never become successful as 'themselves'. Instead, the Kpop industry has a system, where entertainer have almost no chance of becoming successful unless they are _PACKAGED_ within a certain, limited, recognizable stereotype. And just recently GuiGui is having a limited exposure with a disastrous *debut* song: "Sugar-Rush". Sugar-Rush is a kind of song that is suitable for a 13-14 year old, _similar to Mandy Moore's debut: "Missing You Like Candy"_. But GuiGiu is now almost 30, and she should be doing more Grown up songs like SpiceGirls, JanetJackson, AvirilLavene, Madonna, or even KPOP songs like "SECRET" used to do.

sebol931 Nope, sorry. This is S.White (Luo Xiao Bai). This is from a couple years ago, her drumming style then was very similar to her friend/mentor/teacher Chen ManQing (Vela Blue). Since then their styles have diverged somewhat, with Xiao Bai's style becoming more dramatic. She has also significantly improved her speed and coordination. She was pretty good when this was recorded, but now she is truly awesome!
