Es muy bonito tener un libro autografiado por el autor. Mejor aún con una ilustración. Muestra dedicación por su público. Me habría encantado conocer en persona a Juan Giménez.

Good paper helps but what makes a master is the practice and technique. He was painting over normal paper, quite thin actually.

Porque en ese caso me pregunto cuánto se habrá tomado para dibujar cada entrega de los metabarones y joder eso es arte y si bien lo siguiente es obvio, no me puedo imaginar todo el tiempo en años que tomó para perfeccionar su estilo que obviamente es de puta madre.

Looks like he is drawing in ink and then using a damp brush to spread the ink where he wants shadow. The brush is not super wet so that it does not deform the paper that he is working with

Hiya. Great video. I am just starting with watercolors and I have a basic problem, the paper use to sink. I use a paper of 130 gr not really prepared for watercolors. But I see that he use a peace of paper or textil to dry the paper. Could it help? Do you know another tecnique (apart from soak and dry the paper tecnique)?. Thanks so much.
