Two great fighters no doubt what hard beltings both fighters took and gave, but l thought the fight was turning in Lennox Lewis favour it shows what a real fighting warrior Lennox Lewis was. But it was a great fight with plenty action fast action by these two big men well worth watching.

@@brucespringsteeen7090 yes definitely. Honestly me and all my friends who watched that fight felt like Klitschko was kicking his ass. Lewis through some big hits and Klitschko walked right through them like the terminator and gave those punches back to Lewis. Watching it now I notice that George foreman and the other commentators we're seeing it how I was.

Vitali lost and was 1 round away from getting absolutely pummeled and crawling like a baby on the canvas. Wake up peeps.

There is no way this fight should have been stopped. In the six rounds, I had the score---- Klichko ahead, 4 rounds to 2, and 1 round even. Everyone was mad this fight was stopped, especially Klichko. A rematch at least ? ? ? I believe That Lewis could maybe have come on strong towards the end of this fight to win by maybe a TKO with a good right hand shot, but we will never know. The fight was stopped too early, with LEWIS way behind. Sorry, bad for boxing. Not a great win for Lewis. Hurt his reputation a bit.

Vitaly é um dos grandes da história do box. Nunca caiu e nunca foi nocauteado. Quase não recebia contragolpes do oponente, que ficava golpeando o vento. E Lewis fez isso quase o tempo todo. Seus potentes jab's e cruzados passavam direto. Acertou poucas vezes O rosto de Vitaly. Isso é raro. Esquiva perfeita, talvez a melhor da história.

Nadie lo ve, pero el jab de Lenox derrota a psicológicamente a sus rivales. Golpeaba suave molestaba conservaba distancia y siempre dañaba la misma parte lentamente sin darse cuenta el ojo, de a poco hasta que se los abría, y esto fastidiaba mucho al boxeador rival, no podía pelear igual de comodo.

Це була поразка через розсічення брови Віталія, але це не була поразка за ходом бою. На початку бою Віталій виглядав краще Ленокса, далі бій був рівний. Якби не розсічення брови Кличко вийшов би переможцем! Хочу висловити свою повагу Леноксу. Він справжній джентльмен, справжній спортсмен. Дуже багато значить - подати супернику руку, щоб допомогти піднятися. Легенда боксу, найтехнічніший супертяж того часу. Але цей бій виграв би, саме Віталій, якби не прикре розсічення.

Vitali has surgical strike. He is quick smart and big heart. No one is born to beat him yet. Forget about the unskilled and coward lewis. There is a big gap between in hands. Any one can get him from inside who is his size. Vitali literally moved him in the ring like he was moving a kid. Watch Lewis in the break gasping for breadth and at the end he did not look like he can fight another round. If he had any guts he would give a rematch. He went down In history.

Lennox Lewis did win this fight but it appeared evident that he was declining and had reached the end of the road as a world heavyweight champion.It was a good decision on his part to retire after this fight and stay there in retirement.

I personally think we underapreciate this fight. In my opinion we saw here the two best hw ever existed fighting eachother. It's a very special fight two high-end elite hw's you could put in any Era and they would dominate 100%.

Lenox pegou a parada mais dura de sua carreira. E perderia para klitscko não fosse o corte no olho. Ele tava torcendo para o juiz para a luta.

Lewis 6 anos mais velho que ele e fora de forma, Vitali estudou ele por anos pra enfrentar o Lewis, mas ainda assim não conseguiu parar um cara fora de forma e fora do auge e sofreu um corte que precisou de 60 pontos e cirurgia plástica pra melhorar o rosto. Se o Juiz não parasse a luta ou o Vitali ia pra lona no próximo round, já que não estava enxergando os golpes do Lewis, ou o Lewis cegava ele e ele teria que se aposentar.

Você consegue contar nos dedos os pesos pesados que lutaram bem depois dos 35 anos, Muhammad Ali tava mal, Evander Holyfield tava começando a ficar mal, Tyson, Larry Holmes. Geralmente o auge de um peso pesado é dos 27 aos 33, 34 anos, passando disso ele já começa a decair, e Lewis não era mais o mesmo quando ele lutou contra o Klitschko, mas ainda assim venceu...

@@DruiD.aprime Os Fanboys adoram dar desculpas sobre Lewis. Primeiro, Vitali teve apenas 6 semanas para se preparar para essa luta. Segundo, Um ano antes Lewis bateu Mike Tyson, e seus fãs adoravam dizer que ele era imbatível naquela fase da carreira. Vitali jamais foi derrubado, tinha um dos melhores Queixos da história do boxe. Ao contrário de Lewis, ele estava pronto para uma revanche, afim de provar seu valor. O próprio Vitali era tão habilidoso que foi um dos poucos lutadores a lutar em alto nível até os 42 anos!
