@@joshdaking7648 they'd be wrong, I've never experienced racism in the UK but I have multiple times in Italy. I'm not complaining but it's definitely more prevalent. La Liga and Serie A are the the only top flight leagues that are constantly getting complaints from their players and are having to cancel entire games because of the racial abuse, no matter how you see it this isn't happening in the Prem because the punishments are much more severe and the issue isn't being ignored. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I've never understood why these footballers, considering the vast sums of money they earn, don't ALL come together and from there: 1) Open up a legal kitty fund where ALL the players throughout the legaue(s) donate whatever they want or can afford to then...... 2) Employing & hiring THE BEST Employment Law legal professionals money can buy (& obviously they can DO THAT IF they want) and from there........ 3) Taking the argument/case to court via employment law that a football ground MUST be recognised as their place of work. "Yes" I fully understand, it's much harder to police & control a football ground, than an office or factory floor. However, the same principles MUST apply. If football clubs (the employers) find it too much of a challenge to totally eradicate racism from the terraces for the players (the employees), here's an idea. Stop taking the money at the turnstiles.....

Mate the players sign a contract with the club not with the fans, hiring a lawyer would be pointless because the clubs are not legally responsible for the behaviour of the fans, if a fan breaks the law they can be sued individually not the club. Clubs can only ban fans from entering their premises, this can only happen when there is justification for doing so, like not adhering to certain rules. The only way this works is surveilling stadiums and prosecuting individuals who are committing these acts.
