Devine is probably the biggest one who is nearly "of age" for the first team, but one thing that bothers me a lot about how we deal with our academy is the loans. We only secure loans at League One and Two clubs with an occasional Championship team. It's not a good look and rarely helps our players sufficiently develop. I agree with Ex though, Scarlett is a better player than Parrott at this point but I'm not sure either will make it.
