Considering the DA didn't even recommend prison time is probably why she went so low. Didn't want to show up the DA to badly

He's a fast talker who thinks he can talk his way out of a jam and instead, makes the jam worse. His lacks critical thinking skills and is impulsive.

Does the I was immature but now I’m mature line ever work on Judges? If you were mature then why did you violate your parole? Ohhhh. You matured yesterday and now you see the error of your ways.
