I have a neighbor who is a judge. I’m shocked at how little he works. I know what time court starts and I know what time he leaves for work. When I have jury duty and we are all sitting around most people assume that there’s meetings and other work going on in the judges chamber. I know that they probably aren’t even in the building.

What my hero Rob may not understand, is that this corrupt, disgusting judge robbing the community is exactly like hundreds of thousands of other civil servants around the country all doing the same things. They put people in jail for stealing, robbing and lying, but if you do the exact same thing with no weapon, it's perfectly okay. We live in a corrupt country bordering on a third world nation today and I'm ashamed of what we've become. I truly am so proud of this reporter doing what almost NO OTHER reporter has the skills or courage to do. Thanks for getting this liar what he deserved.

Follow up: He "retried" as the misconduct hearings were put on him. He claimed the reimbursements such as gas and a 2k dollar data charge from Aruba as "work related". He claimed he didn't fix tickets given to friends and court friends (he did from testimony), He also claimed documents were stolen or modified. He accused the board that there was a rat among them and to fire them (aka what you just watched). To this day he kept the pensions and has NO criminal charges. How he isn't in prison is disgusting to our system of government.

So sure expose the POS. His life wouldn’t be ruined, as far showing him with his “ mistress” I don’t think she was despite the kids on lips , as it’s a small town and he wouldn’t be flaunting it that openly . As a Judge his duty is to deal with facts; and the facts in this matter are as follows: #1 Does not respect his wife; and by extension incapable of respecting his mistress. #2 Does not respect his children. (if any) #2 Does not respect the taxpayers. #3 Does not respect the lawyers over which he presides. #4 Does not respect other judges. #5 Does not respect jurisprudence. #6 Does not respect the robe. #7 Does not respect his oath. (Judge or Marine) #8 Does not respect Truth. #9 Does not respect his social position as judge. Therefore, he will never be able to respect *himself* . And in attempts to offset suppressed shame and self-loathe, he's gonna need a lot more food, more golf, more food, more scags, more food, more golf. And when he's divorced and too old and fat to play golf or attract scags, he'll have *himself* all to *himself* ...a fitting end.

no that's not good this is a reason the court system is backed up. In fact he is infringing on the 6th amendment to the constitution which is a right to a speedy trial. By slacking off he is defacing the system of governance this country was founded upon. He's not running a business he's running law and order. Either this is the case or his colleagues are picking up his slack. There are innocent people that plead guilty in order to get out of jail early because by the time their trial is due they have already been in holding the entire time and simply get time served. This sort of pernicious attack on our freedom most commonly happens to the poor who can not afford a bondsman. This in turn keeps the prisons which are privately owned stocked full of people unnecessarily which in turn generates a revenue for which this judge probably gets a kick back. By delaying justice is causing irreparable harm to citizens, the due process of law, and our national pride.
