This video, written and directed by Professor Michele Pistone, Villanova University, is part of a series of videos about how to provide legal representation to an asylum seeker/refugee client. Here, the client is going to appear in a removal hearing before a US immigration court. The lawyers are working through the case to prepare themselves and their client for the hearing on the merits of her claim.

What an Honorable Judge with a good heart to see Beyond her wrongs and gave her another chance to do things right. Thank you Honorable Judge for giving her another chance to live right. God bless you. 👍👍

Bravo to you Miss Very good judgement, she went through the entire process as we are all supposed to do. When Judges, Congress Personel or any in authority justifies or has not done the right thing to those who broke the Law, through due process, they too should have their day in jail, period.

With what he is going by with no proof of what she say, a billion people in the world could come here. I hope you all have room in your home for 2 or 3 extra people that won't be able to find jobs. Your kids don't need education since all of the money will be spent on police because many will turn to crime as they do in South America. This needs to end, we cant take in everyone looking for a better life do to their own inability to manage their country.

Just Stfu . You have no idea what people go through everyday.if you were born with privileges , just know not everyone has that kinda life plus no one chose to be born in a bad country. But that doesn't mean they should stay there and die if they have other options. We will still come to USA for better lives madam! stop acting like it's your planet !!

Only about 1/3 rd of the US hates progress, and they dig their heels in the ground not wanting to evolve, not wanting to open their minds to change, and not willing to experience much of anything outside their own communities. Not only do they dig their heels in the ground, but they are also trying to pull everyone else backward along with them. We already know what the past had to offer, and most of us are unwilling to go back. It is reprehensible to take an entire country back to a time when people were less free. You can never go back - it won't be the same. I, for one, am tired of trying to drag these people into the future with us, kicking and screaming, so I give up. Let's leave them behind, where they belong. The rest of the country loves progress, loves open minds, are excited for what comes next for this world as far as working together and saving the planet from severe and centuries-long consequences. Their minds are always open to new ideas, new people, a different culture and ethnic foods, they live by the golden rule (whether they know it or not), they care about their neighbors, if the children in the community have access to a decent education, adequate healthcare and nutritious food. They are happy to help the poor and needy - and for that they are called socialists or communists (bleeding heart liberals or "libtards") from those unwilling to evolve/grow (Conservatives), when it is, in reality, a large part of the Teachings of Christ and/or the simple fact that they have empathy and compassion, even for strangers and people that are very different from them, and are in need of understanding and welcoming. The only people they are not tolerant of, are the intolerant racists, bigots, and phobic people who aggressively mistreat minorities. Being tolerant of their misdeeds would not be progressive, it would make us what they are.

The Judge did fine her with false papers, she illegally came here, deport her back to her country of origin. How can you give an applicant asylum when they have been arrested, found with false papers. This is a no brainer.

So I guess you must be furious of the fact that millions of tax dollars are being used to pay for the presidents golf course right? The mindset of “ if it doesn’t affect me it doesn’t matter” is absolutely disgusting. Have basic human empathy please and let’s not ignore the fact that If you were in the exact situation you would of done the same.
