Judge granted injunction to remove pro-Palestinian encampment at U of T

29 күн бұрынThe Toronto Police Service says it will enforce a court order granted yesterday that says demonstrators at a pro-Palestinian protest encampment at the University of Toronto must dismantle the site by 6 p.m. today.
Ontario Superior Court Justice Markus Koehnen says while there is no evidence the encampment participants have been violent or antisemitic, the demonstration has taken away the university's ability to control what happens in the area known as King's College Circle.

Both the truckers and these protestors have the right to protest. they both have legitimate reasons to protest and our democracy failed to protect them simply because we cower to power and influence of either greedy big pharma or the toxic military industrial complex.

Their fight!...Proves only 1 thing Palestinian protestors Took advantage of Canadians good nature. Our laws/rights If tomorrow I was to grab a sleeping bag And a tent protesting homelessness as a Canadian born native. On the very same grounds I would be removed with in hours Not months. Even if i was attending the same school And paying for a dorm room..Aside from the fact that these students that have nothing to do with the protest And pay for school have to go around the protesters in fear of being attacked simply on the idea of there stand on the events.....If anything come from this The protestors done the exact opposite of what the wanted to do.
