If Judge Joe Brown was a caring judge I would think he would have camps for troubled teen to order teens like her to participate in to teach her the things she needs for her life to be successful in her adult life. That's what a caring judge does.

Nearly the same thing happened to a guy I knew, parked his old Ford pickup in front of a store running, it jumped into reverse, did a 180 backwards and knocked over a gas pump, so, he leaves the scene to go to the bar, the cops bust him for leaving and in checking his record found some other charges, he ended up doing two years... lesson is DO NOT leave the scene unless you know you can get away clean...

Ya, she special. Special Ed! Even if the car "jumped" out of her control. She put herself in the car, started it, drove it, and therefore, "stole" it if the owner didn't give her permission, and filed a police report under penalty of perjury. The vehicle (truck) is or isn't insured, which is a legal matter for criminal court, not Civil Court. Civil Court: operator of vehicle at fault. Police should have cited her as an unlicensed driver, no insurance, etc. Towed Truck, impounded truck, and taken minor to jail.

I had my bike stolen but it was found before 48 hours of the theft and in Ohio it is not grand theft auto because of this after the 48 hours it is grand theft and he idiot that stole my bike only got 30 days for unauthorized use. Was $3000 damaged as he dumped it over a ravine found upside down Judge Joseph of Zanesville Municipal Court refuse my motions for restitution. The idiot then was convicted of Home invasion several weeks later it seems to me this idiot was a product of the court as he was in court monthly and was only ordered to pay the fines $5 a month he was running his tab up much faster than he was paying.

What he says at approx 5:40 is DEAD ON! Not just with this young lady, but with the majority of that age group. And it's only getting worse. If looks could kill, the honorable Judge would be dead.
