@@junebug7606 I can't put blame on his parents. So many people were taught right when they were children but grow up to be something else. My mom was amazing yet my brother turned out as if someone else raised him entirely. You get to a certain age and you learn what a lie , you learn the difference between right & wrong. I will say this about his family they are shamelessly defending him and acting as if he is in prison because of his skin color, telling the media that the judge was talking down to him 🙄😏 His brother & sister talking about the trial being unfair yet this trial went on longer than most murder trials.. then they want to talk about "but what if he didn't lie". The only thing this trial showed me was he's not as good of an actor as i thought he was.

Then for the family to get up there and call this a miscarriage of justice is even more mind-blowing. I am so glad that so many see the wrong in what this man did and the damage it could have caused. I see why Jessie has no sense of accountability for his actions, the rest of the family is exactly the same way. Shame on the NAACP for trying to impede justice, if you want justice then that has to be a two-way street. It creeped me out when Jussie places his palms together than turns to sort of bow to the judge and profess his respect for the judge. He does it twice. So creepy to watch because, first, Jussie is such a talentless actor, and, second, it proves that he's capable of lying through his teeth.

Lies like this can cause retaliatory attacks on innocent people and damage "real" victims being believed or even stop victims coming forward for help, its kind of reminds me of the fable "the boy that cried wolf" and its disgusting he has no remorse and keeps lying and trying to be a victim.

This is saddening. He's cost the police dept. a lot of resources, money. Now the police department. has to pull over more people, plant more drugs, and harass more people to make up the deficit. You can't police for profit if Jessie is eating into their profits. As far as justice goes, it sounded fishy from the beginning. Why would a successful person sabotage their career?

No wonder he’s covering his face, shameful. He dug his own hole so deep there is no way he was going to plead guilty, the momentum of his lies took off like a freight train, he was past the point of no return, the breaks weren’t strong enough to bring it to a halt. As for the judge, well...if all judges were like this one the justice system would gain a great deal more respect. A phenomenal job done.

I don't mean that in a condescending way, I just mean that we all need to realize that when people do bad things, it's them and only them responsible.
