Well dang the plaintiff is trifling for the way she talked about her cousin without "trying to talk about her cousin" imagine if she really was trying to tell her cousin business 😳 I mean how classless and irrelevant is that. I use to wonder why people went to strangers for help before family. This explains it. The defendant didn't tell not one piece of the plaintiffs business.

I haven't gotten into the entire case but the intro is pretty disrespectful. No matter what anyone feels about transpeople, no one is born a man or woman. Those are gender identities. What you are born in male or female. I wasn't born a man, I was born a male. At 40 years old, now I am a man. People need to not use such ignorant language especially when the don't know. I'm sure if the plaintiff talks like that, the judge will set her straight as he always does... after watching the case, the cousin seems kind hearted and loving. I guess at that time she was still getting used to her cousin transitioning. I'm sure by now she has a better understanding and her and her cousin are in a good place.

She wasn't lying about him prostituting; he was doing drugs and prostituting to feed his habit. It's common for them to have those types of destructive lifestyles from their inner demons tormenting them and often childhood trauma. They believe these problems will suddenly disappear from changing their body parts, but you have to work on you - the soul inside - not your body and hormones. I saw the chaotic lifestyles of them prostituting in midtown ATL to afford hormone treatments and surgeries w/o adequate insurance when I worked in social services. Typically, men only use them for sex on backdoor, sneaky link, etc, so they just use it to meet tricks & charge them to get something out of it other than just ran through for free to help them transition. So many of them just accept it, but I was wondering don't they want a healthy meaningful relationship... May not be common to have something real for them, but still, it shouldn't be so common that majority of their interactions with men are secret sneaky links and prostituting... That's just not healthy lifestyles, and I wish the culture would change for them. It's bad for everyone this generation, but the worst for them.
