Plantiff was wrong for snatching the drink no matter how many times she called her the B word but both engaged in mutual combat due. Defendant was wrong all around unfortunately she may end up locked up or dead if she continues her behavior. People don't just fight and let stuff go, they come back with guns for payback. I hope both ladies get it together and wake up from that horrible mentality.

They're not showing remorse and seem proud of it....And, the Def made a point of saying that she's been in 3+ fights that the Plaintiff was around, meaning that she's been in more fights. I've only had a few little fights w cousins when I was a child, maybe pre-teens. I can't imagine fighting as an adult. That's not normal behavior. I personally can’t stand the way JM sides with certain people in certain cases. He is definitely WRONG about this case. The plaintiff definitely looks and acts very aggressive. When she came in the court room and started talking everything about her said “bully”. I feel like JM wants someone to kiss his ass and the defendant wasn’t playing by the beat of his drum and he turned on her like a light switch. He’s not a good judge at all.

Judge Mathis was not right for picking on her for getting jumped by the group of people because he don’t know how the fight started. Definitely didn’t like his attitude in this case, i don’t think she deserved the way he treated her. She seems quiet and she’s small which is why i could see people messing with her and seeing her defend herself even if she lose or win. I believed her story

I didn’t agree with the judge on this case as far as the comments he made towards the defendant at the end. Also the plaintiff wasn’t working at the time I thought when she told the defendant last call. They were at a different bar so I feel she was starting ish. The plaintiff obviously doesn’t like the defendant and whenever she sees her I’m sure she has something to always say. I guess it doesn’t matter how old a person gets some never grow out of that bullying mess.
