She’s suing her for the balance on two unpaid loans, plus interest. The defendant says the plaintiff is a hustler, and she’s countersuing for harassment.

People out here are not like us at all. I got my cousin(that was like my sister)a rental car & she gave it to her man. He crashed it. My cousin feels in no way she’s involved. He was making payments then stopped. Rental car company immediately put it on my credit and put me on the Do not rent list for 7 years. I haven’t spoken to my cousin since. Her & her man are still going strong. I could never understand it. I would NEVER do anyone like that…especially my family.

The plaintiff deserved her money but I don’t like how this case went down. She started off by telling the defendants business but as soon as the defendant told hers she was being “messy”. The defendant was paying and stuck to almost every payment on time, some late. The plaintiff is cut throat and I wouldn’t want a friend like that.
