Her actual parents are Rick and Michonne the only parents she's known yes she knows about lori and 0 knowledge about shane and no Rick didn't adopt her lori made it clear that Judith was gonna be Rick's child regardless so rick was already her father before she was born

Claro que no cenário da série não dá pra fazer um teste de DNA pra saber, mas não precisa ser mt inteligente pra saber que ela era filha do Shane, já que ele dormiu com a Lori antes do Rick aparecer.
