This is Judo Kodokan! Uchi mata, harai goshi, morote and eri seoi nage, o uchi gari, uki otoshi. Inoue is really an allround judoka! I'm doing a kneeling bow!

Many of those uchi mata were poorly performed - it's no good if you end up rolled over and underneath your opponent.

i think if u just do horse stance this is useless cuz ur center of gravity is parallel to the ground which will be hard to lift, compared to them slight standing up straight where u can become inbalanced easy
