Thanks. I have never seen uchi Mata like that. Like harai, however the leg placement is different to make it a true Uchimata. Thank you for teaching

Uchimata is very difficult. After working on it for a few years I also found this way is good. Now I can do uchimata nagekomi much better. But it is still difficult to set up this throw during randori. It would be nice to see some setups to this position in randori.
