Ya , when i do th9 trophy push , no other troop than valkyrie 2 stars those th11 . Make funnel with golem , pekka wiz and king drop Valkyries , CC pekka , Queen . ez 2 stars on th11 from th9

I used to love Valkyrie attacks specially at lower TH. I don't use them anymore now since they scatter and won't go where I want them to. Even if I funnel them on one side they'll just go off course. Pekka and Dragons go side ways a lot so clearing the side before attacking makes them easy to control unlike valks.

They’re not that bad at THs 8 and 9, it’s when the multi infernos and eagle come in is when they aren’t as effective.

valkyrie is a strong troop for those speedrun videos and against other troops, but i reality when you go up against an actual good base they're not that great. it takes a lot of skill to use them effectively because of their weird pathing and how difficult it is to funnel them. hope it clears things up :)

It's really good if the base is smushed together. Which doesn't happen alot in higher th so you're correct but valks from th10 to 12 is really good

I feel like if Supercell makes the Valkaries AI as normal troops only they'll work well as it is a pretty unique troop but with a pretty dodgy AI.

I think Valkyries are pretty good. When they stay with the rest of the troops instead of doing their own thing. I've been using battle blimps filled with Valks that I rage as my "win condition" for ages. All I do is find a base that has Town Hall, Eagle, Infernos, and maybe some X-bows all pretty close to each other, and boom!

It depends on the base. If it’s a crowded base you just need to get the valkryies inside the first bit of walls then rage, heal, rage heal (in that order). I take 16 valkryies, 7 wizard and 4 wallbreakers and 4 healers at TH 9 and 10. Do not Queen charge or else the valkryies will steal your healers. If you do Queen charge do it far away from them but it’s better to walk the permitter to really path them inside.

the valkyries are amazing in a kill squad or to wipe out a part of the base, but if you are using them for that purpose, you are probably not going to take many

As a valkyrie user who's been using them for quite a while. They're honestly not the worst troop, yeah they're tricky to funnel but if done correctly, you can three star most bases, even expertly built ones. Just depends on where you start your attack at. (It also helps a lot if you got a log launcher. Creates nice openings for them to shred the core out.)

I am watching this video again and I used mass Valkyrie attack at th 8 and now i am th 9 and still using this is pretty much difficult to use but a disaster for your opponent is used properly

Way way back then, even before the royal champ, eagle artillery, heck maybe even th11, valks were one of the most broken heores, especially at th8. They were horrible at their first release, but when they upped their attack speed and made them "smarter" by going in between buildings to hit two structures with one spin, they're meta. Valks + heal spells wrecked havoc in th8 since there's no inferno towers to prevent healing (infernos used to completely remove all healing). Idk what happened, but they got dummer. They were easy to lead back then, but they're very unpredictable now, even with funneling.

I finished latest legends season at 5732 trophies, my personal best for now, using the XBB valky army. I'm still not maxed out on defense, and had some pretty bad days late in the season, so it can definitely be a really good army for legends. Besides that, I used valks during a friendly war to join an e-sport team, and got a 6 pack, then tripled the next hit as well using valks. So yeah, once you start to understand how the valks are working and how to use them, they can definitely be a pretty good choice

when i was th8 i used a mass valkerie attack and it was actually op bc if i got the mortars, bomb tower, and wizard towers then i would normally 3 star... i think nearly the entire army was made of valks

I use the Valkyries all the time. You just need to really really focus on funneling. Aside from that, they’re fast, tanky, they hit hard and they hit more than one target each time. 20+ Valkyries looks like locusts.

I still use Valks at max th14, I think they are far from the worst troop. Admittedly I haven't branched out into other attacks, but there are many troops that are significantly worse.

Valkyrie is the best troop in coc if we consider a troop vs troop battle(air troops excluded) and speedruns etc. But hard to use in attacks.

valkyries are actually really strong at town hall 8 and 9, they easily carried me through every attack. super high damage and great health with a relatively low unit space, but i can see how they become obsolete after some of the better troops are unlocked. i would really like to see supercell buff them and at least partially bring them in to higher town hall metas, as they are really fun to use

Valk is a strong troop in early stages such as th9 but it will get harder to control on th10 and above thats why it is rarely used

Valks used to be great in 2016-17. I used to 3 ⭐ a lot using GoVaHo back in the day in th10 and 11 which were the max TH levels at that time. The biggest problem with them is the unpredictable pathing which is the reason behind 90% of the fails. Valks can still work now against compact bases but it needs a further HP buff. Now we have a lot of other troops which are more reliable. I myself who used Valks a lot once have shifted to Queenwalk with either hybrid or an air combo like edrags or lalo or dragons and dragon riders. Or smash based attacks using Sui lalo with blimp or yeti attack with witch/bowlers. Even a kill squad Lalo is more reliable. Valks need a rework and more HP. Edit - It's still good in TH 8 to 11.

I've been using Valkarie for years as an integral part of my army for years now. While they do have their share of problems (especially with running out of the base to attack what's outside the walls), I wouldn't call it the worst troop. I do wish they had more health though

I never used valks till I maxed my th10 cause DE was constantly poured to heroes, now that they removed troop costs, Valks are not even good to play with at this level. They're just way too unpredictable with bigger bases like th10 and further

Coming up in the early days, Valks were my go to troop... 4 quakes open a hole, wizards to funnel, then unleash the storm that is raged Valks... Now, TH 12-14, they're just unuseable and it's disappointing. I wish Super Cell would do something to make them fun again. Until then, I'm just using air!

That is right! Valkyries are very difficult to understand. That's why it requires skill to use them properly. As a Queen Charge Valk attacker I can confirm that Valkyries are not the worst troop in the game. In fact they can do heavy damage in groups. I have a dream of getting into COC e-sports in the future and I will always keep on with Valkyries.(Seems like XBB also uses Queen Charge Valkyrie XD)

On my town hall 9 legend account, I use valkyries to push with my main strategy. They only become worse and more obsolete when better troops become available in higher town hall levels.
