Judy Garland not only sang every song brilliantly, she also acted out every emotion associated with it!

There is nobody, before her, during her or after her that could mesmerize and work-up an audience like Judy. She knew only one way to deliver a song. WITH EVERYTHING SHE HAD, NEVER LEAVE EVEN A DROP IN YOUR TANK. SHE KNEW HOW TO GRAB AN AUDIENCE BY THE HEART AND SING TO IT UNTIL IT ALMOST BROKE. SHE IS TOTALLY UNMATCHABLE. SHE IS THE GREATEST AT MAKING YOUR HEART BEAT STRONGER.

Judy was in top form for this CBS broadcast. Oddly, it was taped at NBC in Burbank, but no matter the venue, Judy shined.

I remember so well when this Judy Garland Special first aired on television . All of us Judy Garland fans could hardly wait to seeit . Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin's names were not in the title of the show originally . This was all Judy' Garland's show. They were only guests . And what wonderful guests they were . I never forgot how this show opened up and it looks beautiful here . Thanks so much for posting it .
