@@amethyst9998 My mother raised me on Shakespeare. She was a teacher and a poet and would endlessly quote from poems, such as The wreck of the Hesperus. (I'm sorry-- I can't recall how to spell the name of the ship. Then, there was her quote: "Water, water everywhere and all the boards did shrink. Water, water everywhere, nor any drop to drink." I loved to hear her quote poems, except for this one: "How sharper than a serpent's tooth is an ungrateful child." That's not the correct wording. I'm old, now and some things fade, but when I once looked that quote up, it was not exactly how she said it. She was gone from us, or I would have teased her about it. Still the gist of the quote was there and I would just cringe in shame. LOL! Love you, forever, Mom. 😘💔❤🩹❤🙏

Judge Judy seems to be a very sensible grandma. She helps her grandkids to do what they are qualified in. She doesn't let her money make them "experts". Dr Phil, on the other hand, made his wife into an overnight "expert" in domestic violence (everything he said years before, Robin said later and Dr Phil said she had taught him) and make-up (he said she was helping the scientists to develop the make-up - bet they were dead glad of that help - she has no higher education than high school). It was an absolutely pathetic effort to mmake his wife relevant to us all.

@@weerskrood She is a TV star, as well as a high paid Judge. I don't envy her having to listen to all the nonsense and claptrap that gets spouted out of the mouths of some of these litigants, especially when they think they know it all; are disrespectful; stupid; live together after meeting just a few days before; loan/borrow money; and become indignant when proved wrong. I wouldn't have her job for a gold pig! No wonder she gets so exasperated with some of them.

@@amethyst9998 I'm not a prude, but sometimes, I'm aghast at the entitlement the litigants show. They have it all made up in their minds how it's supposed to be and I laugh myself silly when I hear it. The best I can figure is that these people screw up their lives looking for angles to getting rich just to see what they can get away with and they end up screwing themselves! They have no true grounds of being, or morals, or common sense at all. They don't have the slightest idea how to assess themselves, or others, whatsoever.

Absolutely right. She only brought the case after 3½ years of him crashing it, so not in a timely fashion, but continued to live with him. @dingo166624 күн бұрын
Absolutely, but insurance can be invalidated by certain things, like deliberate negligence compared to normal wear and tear, [like knowingly leaving your dogs out to nibble on equipment whilst on their property]. In that case nobody's insurance would pay out, not even the defendant's if they had some. However someone has to pay, or the world would be in shambles and nobody would give a damn about borrowed items. Responsibility should be taught at school again.
