CHRONIC DISABILITY means a disability LONGER THAN 90 days. That medical report was NOT referring to her car crash. It was written 1 day after the crash.

The term Judge Judy is looking for with insurance companies and body shops is called burying the deductible. The mechanic jacks up the price to include the deductible to keep the insured from any out of pocket and make up a bogus damage amount to match the deductible so it is satisfied. Obviously the first place was not willing to do that. It is illegal but done all the time.

The trucker still was at 100% fault. He cannot be partially in a lane and be in the right. That's impossible. He should have paid the $1700 after all those months. What a deadbeat. No Sarah, he was going to be at fault based on the photos. He was lane changing without it being clear.

@@thalolol it’s Judge Judy’s show. She determines who’s there and who’s not and she needs Sarah also to do research for her so the girl doesn’t just sit there. If judge Judy asked her to look things up for her she will. So I can see how useful she is. She also explains things to judge Judy about the Internet or social media on things that are younger person with now.

There is a narrator on this video in order to help the people watching who happen to be blind or have vision problems. It's done out of consideration for disabled people, which is a good thing.
