This cake is made with the whole orange and is incredibly delicious, besides being very easy to make, I'm sure you'll love it!
Dough Ingredients (cup size: 200ml)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup of sugar (200g) (7 oz)
- 3/4 cup cooking oil (150ml) (5 fl oz)
- 1/2 cup of orange juice (100ml) (3.4 fl oz)
- 1 whole orange, seeded and without the white part (180g) (6.3 oz)
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (250g) (8.8 oz)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g) (0.5 oz)
Syrup Ingredients (cup size: 200ml)
- 1 1/2 cup of orange juice (300ml) (10 fl oz)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (30g) (1 oz)
