I lost my son shortly after he passed away from a heroin overdose. He passed away on December 13th shortly after this young man. I don't necessarily condone his music but he was my son's favorite artist so by me listening to him my son lives on through you're music. So thank you. I know he's up there in heaven with you.

I remember when I was 19 i was studying back then. Lost my mother prior when I was 16, then my dad got married with a foreigner then my sec bro got arrested. Then my step grandma was staying with us passed away. Then the next year when I was 17, early of that year I decided to go to follow my dad and stepmom and study a makeup course there. We went there twice. After the second trip that we went, I discussed with my dad and proceeds to quit school. About a week or two, my older sister passed away. My dad proceeds with his plans and I stayed. I work, staying with my friends, do what a 17 y/o would do. Then couple months after, my grandma passed away. Now I’m 24 by year, rent a room, got a bike. And remembering every other details makes me realise how fortunate I am to be able to survive all those events I tried od-ed twice couple years ago and other self harm in between. And the only thing that I keep coming back with is, my Creator. ❤️ Allah was there for me, and forever will be. :)

The beat is strange: it has a sad vibe, but at the same time it has a "good ending" vibe to it, and this is reinforced by the positive vibes on the last bridge when says "it's ok it's cool, won't push the issue, what happens next? Story to be continued". Also, the second verse is one of his best of all time, and I love it because when the song dropped I was 19 and I really felt that verse
