Listening Feb 2024. AND FOREVER. I am 38, have listened to rap and hip hop since the Diddy days. I can honestly say I have never felt that I could relate to an artist more and be so moved by lyrics until discovering juice in 2015/2016. The lyrics of this song are basically a mirror of my life after a 12 year battle with Juices same addiction. “ring ring, phone call from depression, you use my past and my memories as a weapon, on the other line talking to addiction, speaking with the devil all the drugs I miss them” Listening to Juice is the only thing that calms me during periods of stress and keeps me on track to continuing my longterm sobriety. I love you Juice. You were a true martyr for all of us out here who struggle between the battle of addiction to self-medicate for mental health.
