Great to see some big progress, don't know if it's still relevant to you at this stage but I fitted a brand new drivers quarter panel to a friend's corolla and the arch was cut out to tub out the inner arches, he might still have it lying around, I'm sure he'd let it go for the right price, just another option for you 😉

I remember the first few episodes when you were picking at the rust holes with a screw driver and burning up spiders. I thought to myself, damn this car is in bad shape. And then you said you we're going to fix it up. I was intrigued right away although a little bit sceptical. Deep down I hoped for a proper restoration. 4 years later I can safely say that I'm not one bit disappointed, and I have enjoyed every bit of the ride. While it's awesome the car is getting closer to completion, it's also a bit sad because the project itself has been so awesome. But either way, I'm looking forward to the episodes to come. Great job!

I agree on so much on this! That's a super exciting result for the interior and I did the same thing on my 1978 Leone, the outside is this disco yellow, but the engine bay, trunk, etc are all a satin black. It just makes for a more factory finish, but also much easier to keep clean. Imagine a yellow engine bay! oof! And yeah, it's hard to get cameras to see what we see with our eyes! I figured what better color for a 70s JDM coupe as the Hyundai Veloster 26.2 (paint code SYY) it's hard to find a good digital version, but in person it really pops.
