JuiceHead is quite a scammer. I wonder if he is a human or AI created by the company. I went through his materials and all his videos. It's either all great, beautiful, stuff that sets new trends for years to come. Zero criticism or any thoughtfulness. Everyone had so much fun with Anthem which game was supposed to be a model for future games. That they deleted. Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 at launch walked perfectly. The premiere of the millennium. Nice liar and intentionally mislead people.

I’d rather have new games or a 1 and 2 remaster than remastering already pretty good games. Besides it’s not strange for people to have completed new vegas more than 4 times so it’s not like the graphics are holding people back from playing it.

Well, it'd certainly be a nice gesture but I'm not exactly sure why the sponsorship would help tbh. That day already helps goodsprings' economy and makes those businesses a good amount of money. Everything else is kinda just fan done. But I think they should come out to it even if they don't contribute it'd certainly be nice to be able to mingle with a few devs

@@senerio2124 There's no way the CC received was the only content that was completed. Next year Fallout 4 turns 10, so it's likely that content is coming to celebrate the milestone. Microsoft wants more content for the series and they know that the majority of Fallout fans are not and will not play 76.

@@damonmlinaric9254 i would play both and compare. Skyblivion is oblivion on skyrim's engine, whereas this remaster is on its own engine, but looks good. It probably would be significantly different.

starfield was their biggest blunder yet, if you consider the situation together with the release of the fallout tv show. imagine they had actually worked on FO5 instead of starfield, and released it NOW, after the show. it would have been one of the world shattering game releases

Unless Fallout 5 can open the world and travel to the country if New Vegas was ruined, unless the player can fix this and make a new home. And DLC is coming for all Fallout remastered when the Visiontron will be back to wake old character as player in the Fallout game.

Isn't it 250 working on Starfeild in general and not necessarily just Shattered Space? I still expect Shattered Space to be a decent sized expansion, but you gotta remember they are also rolling out bugfixes and quality of life improvements as well.

I think they've even been working on the game way before just this year. They were doing QA work and tweaks for the last 2 years of the development and could have been working on the expansion and other dlcs in the future. Some are speculating the expansion could be similar to a far harbor size and scope to have a more traditional Bethesda feel, and with exploring and discovery being more inline with such too. We shall see!

@@xUseTheForks things get delayed all the time. Plus, the document that leaked was a pre-Covid document before they had to shift things around. You can see Project Hibiki slated for release fiscal year 2021, but that wouldn't release until 2023 under the name Hi-Fi Rush

Obsidian would be the poster child for a Fallout game between main line releases. However Xbox has plenty of teams that could bring something new to Fallout. I am honestly hoping for a different genre in the Fallout universe. Specifically a strategy game.

Dear Todd, if one employs more people, one can, in fact, get more work done. As for mobile, why not pump out Fallout Shelter two with a few upgrades, launch it on steam and let people play it on Steam deck? Do it without a free version, do it with no pay to win stuff, and add DLC. Should take about three months to get it out in Early Access. But yeah, just build a Fallout dedicated studio, and actually get to work.

Hiring more people doesn't just immediately resolve time constraints. Without proper structure in place projects will fall apart with 10 or 10,000 people. I have noticed there is a lot more focus on people that are not Todd leading at Bethesda. This bodes well for improving timelines.

Not sure why everyone thinks that Obsidian's going to be working on a Fallout game. Obsidian's got their own stuff. Their working on Avowed and the next game they'll be moving onto if they haven't started already is going to be The Outer Worlds 2.

@@kentick3795not sure about that. Avowed's due out this year, which tells me that they started work on that game before TOW2. Now, it's entierly possible that Obsidian started work on both Avowed and TOW2 at the same time. But more work got done on Avowed which is why it's dropping this year.

@@GBRyker61 The trailer for Outer Worlds Two was intentionally a big joke. Nothing has been heard about it since then. They are wrapping up Avowed and then moving on. They are not large enough to have two games in production, OW2 is lined out with some preproduction work. Given recent MS news A Fallout spinoff is probably the bigger money maker and will be the priority.

the Avowed team will move onto The Outer Worlds 2. If Obsidian ends up working on a Fallout, it is either because Josh Sawyer started work on it as an independent contractor basically being borrowed by Bethesda from Obsidian, or it will be in development now and we won't hear about it for a year or two

Ehhh... You're probably right, but lets remember, Obsidian has had multiple teams working on things all at once. Yes, the other two teams that were not working on Avowed were much smaller, but they had a group working on Grounded and they had announced the recent update that the physical editions of the games that were shipping was their last update for the game, and you had a team on Pentiment, although I think that team in particular was extremely small. But still, they could have a small team that has been working on Outer worlds and once Avowed finishes up that will move over. What we've seen several times now from them is that once they get going, they are quite speedy with getting to a pre-alpha build and to a alpha build, etc.

I'm not sure If Shattered Space at Fall is good or bad news. Bethesda usually spreads their DLCs through out 1 year period since base game's release. At least, they did so with Fallout 4 and Skyrim. Maybe they're indeed preparing for massive overhaul or having massive problem with development.

@@Lead1121 no shot. It's going to be the FO3 Remaster and a licensed out sequel like Obsidian. TES6 already moved into full dev right after Starfield released. Costs a lot of time & money to just drop an IP already in full dev to move to something that's not even started planning stages, not even pre production. That's a year or two tops of not actually making a game at all for those two stages.

I reckon for ESO it'll probably be a QoL update later this year which have replaced the 2nd zone dlc since last year. The big dlc reveals are usually around the middle of January and as the showcase is a few days after the newest dlc comes out so I guess it'll be a Q3 and Q4 roadmap

Off, I don't think a remaster of Oblivion would cut it. I got nostalgic 6 months ago and tried to load it up with 400 graphics and animation mods and yikes, no number of mods can make that game look good. I hope we see an actual lighting system added to any FO or ES remaster.

I can just say now - and I hope anyone within Bethesda will read this - that if they (Bethesda) wants to keep player interest in Fallout 4 flowing, now would be a great time to do more for the game; there are still bugs that they can remove, and loads more content they could release via Creation Club. _If_ they do this, it shouldn't be that difficult to allocate time & personnel away from 76 and direct it over to 4.

Tbh I think the other 2 things they could be working on is possibly like fallout 3 or new Vegas remasters/remakes possibly I mean if you think about how much they’ve rereleased Skyrim it would make sense for them to do remasters especially if they leave it to another studio while they focus on fallout 5 starfield etc

It could be probably something very unpredictable, like the announcement of DLC for Starfield and news about a new patch for consoles, plus the announcement of a future free weekend in Fallout 76. Don't you think that they will announce 4K textures with 60 FPS for Fallout 3 or New Vegas, not to mention Remakes or at least transferring these games to the Special Edition version that will work on 64-bit systems? Or you waiting for news about TES 6 and Fallout 5? It's hard to expect anything louder than a Displate from them or bigger than Fallout London and Fallout Nuevo México, they just can't do it so often and at this level, because it hasn't been even 10 years since Fallout 4 came out.

We might see a fallout 3 remaster from the leak time plan it mentions a "project wander" and it is also shows a fallout 3 remaster as part of 2024 plans which is interesting as project wander was being worked on back in 2020 good amout of time for a remaster

You see, I like to use Npcs Travel, No Essential Npcs, unlimited follower framework, Scourge and True Storms all together. Even without Bld (better locational damage, an F4SE mod, I removed shortly before the update knowing F4SE would break,) it still won’t work with such a small mod selection. Thank you Todd. I just wanted to liven up the world and make the settlers feels like people. Or fodder. However you choose to see

Fear not. TES6 is BGS next major release. It's already been through planning and pre-production. It moved into full production last Sept. Halting that and spending 2+ years for planning and pre-production for F05 would be idiotic. Making BGS next main release 6+ years away rather than 4 or even 3. What they likely will do is have someone like Obsidian or other to work on a licensed sequel. As well as the all but confirmed FO3 remaster. So FO fans can have their cake and eat it too. But us OG TES fans are finally getting 6.

@@Genvera shaking up a dev cycle this late in the game is beyond detrimental is my point. It would have been more feasible before a full production stage kicked in. Plus, BGS as a whole has grown a lot. I'm sure we'll get FO sooner than before. Maybe from the help of their satellite studios like Austin or help from outside studios like Obsidian did for NV. But the main team 100% isn't just going to stop the 3+ years progress (planning, pre production, production) on a whim from an observation made a week or two ago. But they might shift focus of teams outside the main Maryland branch. That I could see.

the way far harbor and nuka world did a 180 from the base fallout one having a done of rpg choces and the other being and all out evil character to experience it. I could see them adding the varuun home world and it being like a half of skyrim or more size of hand crafted stuff and quest just like "bethesda games" and that its gonna take almost a year to come out i think it makes more sense

At the showcase it wouldn't surprise me if they drop a little nod that they're working on a fallout game. Or they just come out and say hey. We're working on a remastered for 3 maybe that's why Todd Howard didn't say much to do with fallout and new releases in the interview because he was waiting for The showcase
