Greetings my dears.❤️ Today's cake is mild in taste, creamy and fine, with a delicate crust, vanilla cream and apple filling with the addition of apricot flavor. It's interesting, you get a lot of cake. Since it is quite firm when cold, you can cut it into pieces as big as you like. It also tolerates heat well, so you can store it even on warmer days and keep it out of the fridge for a long time without it melting. You can decorate it however you want and it can handle fondant as well. It is not very sweet, so if you like sweeter cakes, feel free to increase the amount of sugar. Ingredients
For dough
5 pieces of large eggs
130 g of sugar
100 ml of oil
150 g of flour
1 bag of baking powder
vanilla and lemon zest
For the cream
600 ml of milk
1 whole egg and one yolk
130 g of sugar
1 bag of vanilla pudding (40 gr)
60 grams of flour
2 vanilla sugar
150 g of butter
For the apple filling
1.5 kg of apples
100 g of sugar
200 ml of water
1 small spoonful of apricot/apricot extract
2 drops of raspberry extract
2 bags of gelatin (2 x 10 g each)
For decoration
whipped cream or something else as desired
I used 2 whipping creams mixed with 130 ml of milk each
The crust is baked at 170 C for about 15 minutes
The mold is 24x35 cm in diameter
