Cameroonian Roasted Fish is flavorful with all the traditional spices infused inside. Very Delicious and Juicy. We Sometimes call it "Burning fish" and classified as a streetfood but some are homemade. Enjoy This quick Recipe with Friends and Family.
2 Large Mackerel
10 -12 Njangsa Grains
2 Green Onion
3 Stalks of Parsley
½ Onion
7 Stick Matches
4 Calabash Nutmeg (Pebe)
½ Red Bell Pepper (Optional)
½ tsp Blackpepper
½ tsp Whitepepper
2 Maggi Cubes
2 tsp Salt
Some Cooking Oil

I was in Cameroun in 2006 for a 3 weeks course at the University of Yaounde 1 and stayed at Somatel Biemasi , I bought this everyday from the lady in front of the bar in the evening. Very tasty and glad found your channel. Also cool to see your Amazon place, will see what I can buy
