@@jujimufu just an idea, it would be cool to see you collab with people like MPMD or Noel and do like podcasts and stuff that focus on the more technical side of bodybuilding, health, fitness, tricking etc. That way you can diversify the content but also you wouldn't have to thrash your body to do it. I know we live in the tiktok generation now and that "dry" content doesn't do as well but I personally love it.

I'm with you but I think it's a balance thing. If you are traveling nonstop and just kinda doing whatever workout gym/person x happen to be doing that day it's hard to progress. Where if you only do that here and there it's easier to work around the weird days.

It’s such a realization to have heard you say you started this transformation YEARS ago. It takes time to get the habits, the behavior, etc. I can’t just wake up one morning and have a routine, it takes time. And you showed us on your body metrics that progress isn’t always linear. I’ve been beating myself up for weeks about this, I set a short term goal and I’m not where I thought I would be by now. But at the same time, I’m developing skills and habits that will help me reach this goal and others in the future. I really do look up to you juji. After all, you’re the reason i have a power rack in my apartment living room! thank you for all your information in this video, and so many others. I really do owe a lot of my fitness knowledge to you. You don’t just talk, we have seen all your knowledge applied to your own body and let me tell you, you look absolutely insane, I can see muscle striations in your muscle striations.

Since I’ve been 18 I’ve always been a people pleaser, a fucking flat out loser, I drank at least a half pint of bourbon a day and smoked cigarettes all the way to 26. I would look in the mirror and look away because hate who I saw I always got my lifts in but it didn’t amount to shit, I am obsessed with “getting big, fit and strong” but the personal demons I have always kept me from being me. Watching your KZfaq channel really feels like we are friends and I look up to you so much juji it’s like you’re an older brother I’ve never met that carries positive energy everywhere. I pulled the courage out of me and said fuck friends that don’t bring something good in my life. I have cut all ties and told each of the bums I knew to personally fuck off. I’m 45 days in no smoking, I’m focused on what I put in my body more than the actual workout now and I’m already looking better. Thank you for your videos juji I’ll always like and share your videos man I hope you fucking kill it at your bodybuilding show.

Juji, man, I've been following for a couple years now, and you seem so much more alive and happy. I'm super proud of you for recognizing that things needed to change and just putting in the work to make it happen. Another big thing that I've learned through dealing with hardship is that it's not necessarily about being okay through the tough times, it's about recognizing what you can control and trying not to stress about what you can't. It's hard. But letting go of what's out of my control has brought me a lot of peace. One last thing, I wanted to thank you for all that you do. You've even helped me personally, and my doctor says you might have saved my life. When you did your daily routine video a while back and talked about your CPAP, a lot of the symptoms you described I've been experiencing for a couple years. I thought it was just getting older, but through you I figured out that I needed medical help. I'm super grateful for that, and also for you just doing you and keeping it real here. As long as you keep putting out the truth in whatever you're doing, I'll keep watching and supporting.

Juji, I’ve watched dozens if not hundreds of your videos and this is my favourite. While I certainly don’t go as hard as you, I had let a lot of life’s issues get to me and my diet went to crap. But I never stopped training as hard I could, and my body was starting to break down. I separated my shoulder doing pull-ups and tore a calf while running. And with all the inflammation in my body I was more muscular than I’d ever been but somehow was getting weaker. Two months ago I cut sugar from my diet, reduced starches and tripled my greens intake. And I let go of what I couldn’t control, and limited my training days to 3x strength training and 1x dedicated cardio a week. I’m down nearly 20 lbs now and still dropping. With less inflammation in my body I’m healing more quickly, recovering well and feeling better. I love your comments about eliminating friction points. Patching a drywall crack here, cleaning a closet there. At 45, I was thinking I was getting old and would be forced to slow down. Now, I think I’ve got some gas left in the tank to hit my conditioning goals. So all of this video is resonating with me and I know I’m on the right track. Thanks Juji!

Thank you for the entertainment and knowledge bro. I started weight training again because of you. I did conditioning and stuff almost every day but started to build my own garage gym and now have a mini gym home of my own that I workout in every single day. You help more people than I think you realize and the realness of your attitude and the videos you make inspires us all to some extent. I can't wait for your next video Everytime I finish watching one. Keep on being what you are and we will keep coming back for more. Thanks juji. You are the man

You're amazingly strong, man, been following you since Jen Thompson and it's like you're a new person. I've been basically rotting away since COVID got to me and my family. When I watch your content, it motivates me to get back to pulling, pushing and moving. It eases my mind. You're a good person for many reasons, that's one.

I'm not into bodybuilding at all. I've only been in a gym 3 or 4 times. This still hits home and I deeply appreciate it. And I have to add that I love having Sam's input from behind the camera! Shows just how much it can help having someone there to help and bounce things around with.

Amazing video! I love the message behind it! It’s been especially important to me, as I was diagnosed with an incurable degenerative eye condition at 13, I was told id be blind at 20. Ive just turned 23, graduated with a law degree and a masters in HR management. Positivity, the willingness to try, and enjoying the process are so important!

When I first came across you, the craiznest was entertaining, but it was also shallow. Some my favorite videos you put out 2 to 3 years ago, were the ones that contained the most technical information. I have watched your content from the highs to the lows and I have to say, the videos you are putting out now are some of the best quality you have made. Keep up the great work. You have and will continue to inspire so many to lift heavy things and have fun doing it.

Thank you for this video. Being a young aspiring bodybuiler. It's sometimes difficult to appreciate the process of it all. From negative input from people around me. Definitely makes me feel as setting goals for me and what I want is the right thing to do. Instead of what others want thank you. And very proud to see that you are doing alot better mentally.

You talked about friction points, and I came to a similar conclusion recently that I have too many. My workspace and my personal gym are in my room, which is in my parents household. I've been saving for so long for my own place that I failed to realize that if I had chosen to leave earlier, I probably would have made more progress outside this house. I love my parents, but it can really have a drastic effect on my motivation when someone interrupts my workout or my work. I finally decided that enough is enough and am now going to be moving out in November. I wanted to say thank you Juji, as you are someone who I look up to, and if it wasn't for your content I would probably not be working out as much today.
