Epic GYM HOME bro! Coop we need a part two to this asap where yall go more in depth on machines and a typical full day of exercises with Jujimufu here. Very interesting seeing the use of the banded ring hangs. Would love to know more tips to help stretching and mobility especially throughout a muscle building / high mass build! God bless yall!

Also for all you guys trying to health shame me, I was very sick while we filmed this. I caught a virus from the Arnold Sports Festival while meeting fans. Full head cold, body fatigue, couldn't breath out of my nose, and coughing non stop in between clips. So yes, I had trouble breathing. Thankfully nobody from the GGR team caught what I had. But this is why I was "out of breath" ...

dude, this is what I did on a budget! I have a home gym, studio, kitchen, and sleeping area all in the basement of my house. It's organized chaos but allows you to gain momentum in all aspects of your life.

Juji is such an equipment head and all around exercise, movement and martial arts affeciando - although not the strongest or best in the areas he trains in he is one of the best all arounders and an inspiration. Love how Juji is tuned into the home gym audience and mentions equipment optimal for the home - i hope he has good doctors to manage his blood work,health and longevity.

Home gyms have definite advantages. For 49 years, I trained in commercial public gyms, but then in 2017, I began putting together a modest home gym in my home. At first, I got some budget items, but then sold them, figuring if I am going to train at home from now on, I should get better equipment. By 2019, I had redone my home gym, and while it certainly ls nothing close to what you show here in this video, it is quality equipment, most notably my dumbbell set and rack. It is in a small room, but has all I need for my current bodybuilding lifestyle. When covid hit in 2020, and everyone else was seeing their public gyms shuttered, and wondering how they could train, I was in iron heaven, not missing a beat, training hard as always ... covid did not even put a dent in my workouts at all. From a time standpoint, I no longer spend time in transit to a public gym, and anytime I just feel like throwing in some extra lifting, I can do it immediately on the fly because it's all right here! Home gyms are the way to go for me, and it's nice to see how others equip their home setups. Thanks for this tour! steve (trained by Bill Pearl during the 1970s)

The video we always wanted. I hope there's a longer version where you review some of the machines. I think you actually have a large number of OG's that have followed you since the start of the channel that have delved DEEP into more epic/commercial setups (I have 14 machines of Marketplace) Would love to see a Home Bodybuilding series looking at the pro's/con's of different machines and what to look for either new or used. i.e with Hammer Strength as the base, why buy prime/nautilus/rogue instead?
