Ingredients:
1 kilo of beef brisket
salt
oil
1 chopped onion (rather big pieces)
Spices and herbs of your preference to season the meat
(mommy seasoned with garlic, basil and peppermint)
Way of Preparation:
Season the meat the day before and leave it in the fridge.
The next day, fry the onion with a little oil , add the meat and put it in a pressure cooker.
Let it cook under pressure for 10 minutes on medium fire. Then open the cooker to check how it is. Turn the meat and let it cook under pressure for 10 more minutes. Open again, it should be brown on both sides but can still a bit tough. Turn the meat and cook it under pressure for 10 more minutes. Now in general it should be good.
Be carefull not to let it burn, its important to check the meat every 10 minutes . Bon appetit ! 😋
