Take 1 look at the lip sync in Japanese it fits perfectly yet in English it doesn't look even remotely close to what they're saying Just like every anime the dub is based in Japanese its only more noticeable here cause it's not a picture by picture setting its the full animation so you can't add or subtract time to account for their respective faster or slower languages
