If you spam one button fast enough you struggle at the same speed as if you were pressing both

@@solstein160 after the nerfs he doesn't just guarantee hits on people with tempest, peeper slowdown makes it closer to before where he can down fast even at busted tiles doesn't work vs a misdirected massive transition like in this video but then neither did the previous tempest that basically made you move 90% slower
