Last Saturday she performed in Nijmegen at the Waalkade during the closing ceremony of the EuroGames (a big LGBTIQ-sports event). She played with her band and it was great! I was the one who booked her there. She is not only a great musician, but also a very sweet and likeable person to talk to and to work with. In my opinion, she should be bigger in the Netherlands.

Julia is born in Indianapolis USA and at early age ( as a baby ) adopted by Dutch people, the van der Toorn family.
