Few things i learned in my first 10 games. Tried both in offlane and Jungle,i think he is a better jungle.One of the best heroes for Teamfights cause of this Damage and CC.Late game he is basically unkillable cause of his Spell Vamp.Weak to cc though so keep his second skill to dodge those cc. Overall very broken hero.A nerf might come soon but i think this hero will be something like Valentina which even after several nerfs is till good(havent played her after recent patch)

There are some combos for julian that doesn't require you to be fast hand, in fact I believe he is one of the heroes that rely on combos but doesn't require the user to be fast hand
