How do you do the boarder on your sticker sheets

No idea if this has ever been touched upon but what settings do you use for sticker sheets. No matter what i try with my cricut i either get not cut or dye cut T_T

I saw you putting international stickers on at the end. Do you also use tracking slips with them? I’m still trying to figure out how international shipping will work and if you just need to prepay like via Pitney Bowes or what the deal is.
