Julie Ann San Jose is one of our great singers here in the Philippines right now. Pls. continue reacting on her original songs and covers. By the way Philippines was colonized by Spanish for 300 yrs. that's why many of our words are the same as theirs. Before our great great great ancestors used to speak Spanish. this song 'despacito' really was an instant hit around the globe, it has been sang and translated in 60 different countries....there are even videos on 'who sang it better' covers from around the world. and julie's cover IMO is one of the best, like an acoustic spanish vibe.

Julie is a singer, songwriter, multi instrumentalist, dancer, actor. Super talented. Having said that, there's should be no diva/belter list where she's ranked better than sarah geronimo. That's just inaccurate. As beautiful as julie's voice is, there's no stage where julie can outpower sarah's voice; no performance where she can outshine sarah's. Sarah is just a beast of a performer.
