Every time I sing this song-I remember our prayers for California and God listening and answering our cries for Revival to come. During our Monday night prayer meeting we began to pray for the natural rains to come to California. People began to pray 'Come and reign,Lord - Come and Rain'. We began to ask for the Lord to send His natural rains as a sign of the rains of revival coming to California.
