Great video - love seeing what other people buy. One thing I find fascinating is the amount of packaging that fruit and veges come in in UK supermarkets. I do miss being in the UK though!!

I love Aldi too and there flowers are better, they do last longer than most supermarkets. Good shop 👍🏻Their imitation candles are very good too lovely scents and affordable as well.

Don’t know if you’ve heard if you put a copper coin in the bottom of your vase it helps stop them dropping!

Great haul! Thanks for sharing. Just fyi the Aldi marmite is a massive no (unless in like stew/spag Bol/for flavouring)! It’s really textured, but apart from that that yummy! Let me know if you like it! Super curious! Xxx

When my 4 kids were growing up we always did our big shop on Thursdays and now I'm on my own I do it any day I want and alot of people do their shop on payday regardless of what day it is .

You go thru so many plastic bottles. So bad for the environment :( can’t you get a water filter and fill up you’re own bottles?

@@douglasm1158 even with recycling, the process of having to make plastic in factories and then dispose of it is so bad for the environment, it uses so much water and energy. There really is no reason to drink prepackaged water, I get that some places in the UK have hard water but then, like the person above said.. just use a water filter.

⁠@@Mumma1DonDonzfiltering water all day? You literally just get a filter jug from a supermarket, put tap water in it and it’s filtered for you in less than a minute😂they also hold litres at a time. And as for the long car journey, get a reusable bottle and fill it with the previously quick filtered water. But of course, everyone has the right to drink whatever water they want, it’s just good to be aware of the better alternatives.

Shopped in Aldi once never again . Doesn’t have good quality or a good choice. It makes me laugh when they mention the doop version of something not sure why people do that
