The role of a judge is not to look at color, it is to apply the law equally. Maybe living in the US too long has changed my views on things, but the way I see it, South Africans are black white and everything else in between. Your beautiful national anthem represents all in their major languages. If this judge guy is disqualified, not because of his fitness to apply the law equally, but because he is white and does not speak Xhosa or Tswana, then South Africa has failed Madiba.

As much as I am white and I don't agree to some of his ideology but I think Julius Malema get my respect he looks out for the welfare of all blacks African, indigenous Africans and people. For you to understand a man race and culture you must first know their language . The interest of a prosperous Africa to end starvation and proverty by transformation of it's people towards growth, development and equality. @@fschd1 Well your statement is not correct. Wales is part of the UK, the UK national language is English, therefore you're expected to know English. This is part of the citizenship test. At the one end they grill the judge on shallow political issues whilst the judiciary is supposed to remain politically neutral(?). Why not concern themselves with making the legal system accesible, expanding the judiciary, or putting a cap on the cost of legal fees. These are things which truly empowers the people. Zumas dad as well as himself was implicated as being apartheid spies and nobody wants to go there. This all just an emotive hogwash and smoke and mirrors to deflect from tangible issues.
