Thanks for the detailed video. I ran into a problem. The SIM card became disabled after several attempts to install GMS on my Huawei P50Pro with Kirin processor. Harmony OS 2. Bought from China Mainland. I had no problem installing the GMS, but alerts are constantly beeping for the "Google Play protect certified" pop-up message. I followed all of the instruction videos to solve that problem, and in the end, the phone lost its cellular signal. Even the Huawei store had no solution. I tried it in Thailand, Qatar, and Canada, and none worked. I then concluded it was not SIM card lock from telecom operators. I tried to turn off "Developer Mode" but didn't know how. Resetting the whole phone didn't help either. It was only when OS 3 got installed, then the problem disappeared and I could now at least use my phone. I do see you have a new video on how to install GMS on OS 3, but I am afraid the same problem happens and I have to wait for OS 4 to avoid turning the phone into a waste. I wonder if you have any suggestions or advice. I'd really appreciate it.

"Error did not backup successfully, please try again". I can pass through step 3 no matter how I try. I have a backup from december 6 (instead of yours - which is 7) 2019. And then restore is successfull but the step 3 can not be passed. I try this on a Nova 9, with EMUI 12. Do you know what the problem could be?

This method is intended for huawei smartphones running harmony os 2. Your question has nothing to do with the video topic. Currently there is no reliable proven way to install native gms into one of the Huawei smart watch devices. You may need to expand your query to include xda developers. It should be possible to transfer gspace from smartphone /pad to gt2/3. Although you can access developer options in the Huawei smart watches it would be difficult and too complex to coordinate USB debugging and adb access.

The emui 12 is not compatible with huagu method. Even if you install native gms there are no push notifications. You can try gbox as alternative to GSpace.

P50 pro global. Is there way to change over to harmony os from emui 12? Tried changing region to china to install HOS but says unit not supported. Might be able to succeed installing gms if we are able to install HOS. With GSPACE/DUAL SPACE some app doesent work. VIRTUAL ANDROID doesn't completely work.

I tried about 15 times to do according to your old instructions from March 2022. Tried 10 times with HuaGu3. Tried it twice with this July 2022 update. And every time the same result: after uninstalling MicroG and installing Google Play Services, there is no Google item in Settings, no Google accounts (although there were MicroG accounts) and the Play Market asks to enter. I have a Huawei P40 EMUI 12 Europe phone. I tried several different firmware, downgraded to EMUI 11 - the result is the same. Have you come across such cases? What to do?

@@BestAlex DK.shotVideo responded to you that for most situations EMUI will not support the huagu method. You are no better off now than when you started to seek a solution. I doubt you will receive a response from average logs offering a viable solution given he depends on dk.Shotvideo for his technique. But at least you are sharing your experience with the YT community. Perhaps Sitofg or Song yang, renz dagz TV channels can also help if EMUI 12 was not pre-installed. Otherwise there is no solution at this time. Good luck

The function of app guard is not as aggressive as in harmony os 2.0. You can attempt this method of gms install. There are no guarantees though.

The Problem is : average logs put on nova 6... And we try on p50 pro. This method twice been showing and same thing .. its dosn't work for global p50 pro. I dont know what happen..but may nova 6 have simple system then new model phone..( p50 or etc ) plz..do on flagship phone 🙏

In step 4 (LZplay App on my Matepad 11) I just get a message saying something in Chinese and after clicking the blue button the app closes. I cannot get to do step 4 and therefore there is no Google Account created for Play Store which cannot be used without one. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi brother, I have a nova 9, there is no way to install google play services on this device because this device is coming from EMUI 12 it cants downgrade to EMUI 10. So, please bring a new way to install google service latest Huawei devices. I don't want to install Gspace method.

I have a Chinese market Mate 30 Pro 5G which I received years ago with the Google suite already put on it. It's updated itself over the years to Harmony OS 2.0.0. I stupidly reset the phone and lost it all and can't get anything to work now with regard to GMS. In this tutorial, I'm unable to get the ID number to show up in huagu_adb. I've tried all kinds of adb driver combos/tools to delete old adb drivers, and as a side note I can connect fine with HiSuite in developer mode, downgrade to EMUI 11 if I want, etc. I've uninstalled HiSuite too, but no difference. I never see the good connection in huagu adb app so therefore cannot continue with this tutorial.

It did not work for matepad pro 10.8 with HaymonyOs 2.0, although it does not report an error when accessing google services, it is not possible to download anything from the play store

Hello, I followed all the steps and it works great at first. By the next day, the Google Play Services software will be updated and Google apps will no longer be certified. The update is in the background and cannot be prevented. Can anyone help, is a China version with HarmonyOS 2.0.0 Thanks Reply
