Pouring recipe:
15g of coffee to 180g of water at 90 Celsius degree
1. Pour 60g of coffee into the chamber and stir 10 times in a cross pattern.
2. Add water to 180g.
3. 1:30, flip and press slowly.
4. Aerate and serve.

Great video. I also like to use my AeroPress for travel. One question I have is why do you stop pressing when you hear the hiss? I thought the purpose of the AeroPress was to extract as much as you can under pressure.

You stop pressing once you hear the hiss because at that point you are pushing through air and not liquid. As a side note the pressure is not doing anything to assist extraction, the purpose of the plunger is to create a vacuum inside to prevent water from leaking during the brew, and to make the drawdown faster than it would be otherwise. You could place the plunger inside right at the very edge, remove it, and let gravity do the work, but it would take much longer.
