Love this! I have done one no spend month, and it was tricky, but I really felt myself becoming more intentional with my purchases afterwards.

@@themorgansophia yes! It totally works! I learn how, if I give myself time between me and the purchase, I usually don’t end up wanting it and I’m glad I didn’t buy it. That impulsivity will get you!
